We run groups throughout the Hambleton and Richmondshire area including weekly or fortnightly advice and information sessions in Bedale, Catterick, Leyburn, Stokesley and Richmond. We operate five days per week from our base at 2, The Link on Crosby Road, Northallerton and provide a weekly lunch club at the Dalescare Centre in Bedale. From our Northallerton base, we offer art and creative crafts, relaxation sessions, creative writing, horticulture and a weekly lunch club too. We also run monthly bus trips to places of interest.
