We offer some of our services free of charge, others are paid for services. Please contact us for more information and discuss your requirements.

To access some of our services there may be a waiting list. Please contact us to find out how long this is, as different services will have different waiting times.

We have two main offices - one is near Darlington town centre and the other near Northallerton town centre. We also offer outreach services as well. You can access full details, view a map and get public transport information via the links on our contact page.

Darlington Mind covers a large area including Darlington, County Durham, Hambleton &Richmondshire. Please contact us if you want to find out if we can support you in your area.

Most of our services are available Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm. Some of our sessions are offered in the evening. Please contact us for more information.

For most of our services, you will access one session per week, this session could be up to 3 hours in length. Some courses are one-off sessions, others you can attend for a period of weeks, months or even years. Contact us for further information.

Darlington Mind has a young person's project which can help you if you are still at school. We also support young adults, adults and older persons (over 65s). Contact us for further details.
