Darlington Mind is delighted to announce the return of Mental Elf Festive 5k on 30th November 2025, inviting people of all ages and abilities to walk, jog, or run a scenic 5km route around South Park

On 1st December, Darlington Mind held its first Mental Elf festive fun run in South Park, Darlington. Over 200 runners and walkers of all ages gathered together in their best costumes for a 5km route
