"Volunteering within Darlington Mind has greatly improved my confidence and physical wellbeing. This has also helped to keep me active and more interested in hobbies/activities. The atmosphere within the organisation is supportive and relaxed, I have also been provided with training opportunities enabling me to learn new skills along the way too. Thank you to Darlington Mind and it’s staff team for giving me this opportunity and making me feel so welcome!"
