We offer transport for the members in our new adapted mini bus. At the moment we have 38 members. The staff team have a wealth of experience and work in a person centred way.
We have an excellent track record for offering a personalised service and endeavour to reach peoples’ aspirations and goals. We work closely with families, carers and other professionals to provide co-ordinated services for individuals. At St Hilda’s it is important to us that everyone who uses our service has a sense of purpose and come together to enjoy themselves. Family members who care for their loved ones 24/7 really do need to have some well-earned me time, our satisfaction surveys show how much the service is appreciated by families. We provide a daily hot three course freshly cooked meal with a range of options refreshments, cakes and fresh fruit throughout the day.
We have regular members meeting we have introduced a monthly themed table. Families enjoy being part of this and will often bring interesting items for the table. We value opioins and suggestions involve everyone in all decisions concerning the service and activities provided. Our daily activities are tailor made to meet individual’s choices and interests.

We have created a comfortable living room space with two new sofas.
We know that this is working as everyday there are always members choosing to sit there, and socialise.
