Our Dog Walking Group offers a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals looking to improve their wellbeing through regular walks with their dogs. Walking is a simple yet effective way to boost mood, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness and having your dog by your side can make the experience even more rewarding.
Our group provides a safe, informal space where you can connect with others, share experiences, and enjoy the benefits of fresh air and light exercise. Whether you’re seeking companionship, stress relief, or simply a chance to clear your mind, our walks are an opportunity to do so in a friendly and supportive community.
Dogs must be on a short lead. Please note: these sessions are for those aged 18 years and over.
