If you are aged between 11 and 18 or you are a parent or family member, we are here to listen and help you in a non-judgemental, friendly and supportive way.

Children and Young People - If you are feeling stressed, unhappy, worried, or just need someone to listen to you, this line is for you. We also offer confidential support and advice if you need it.

Parents and Families - We can provide support, information and advice on a variety of topics relating to children and young people aged 11-18; how to support them, emotional distress, behaviour, mental health and well-being. You don't have to know the "right" questions to ask. Just call. We are here to listen whenever you need us.
