We were really pleased to be invited to the Eid Fair at St Augustine’s on Sunday, organised by Empower Together Darlington. It was a brilliant event with a real sense of community and celebration.
We had valuable conversations about mental health - it was so encouraging to see how open people were to talking about these issues and the appetite there is to do more.
We’re now looking forward to working together, with Dr Syeda Farzana and others, to help improve awareness, tackle stigma and help people find the support they need.
